I posted the above photo in my Street Style Over Forty story from last week. I can’t get this image out of my mind. It’s what I want my fall running around uniform to be, an oversized sweater, trainers and jeans or slim pants. I can change the shoe to a heel for a less casual look. If I need to up my game a little more I’ll wear the oversized sweater with a pair of For Restless Sleepers silk pajama pants or a yet to be found solid silk charmeuse pant with a strappy platform. I also love the look of an oversized sweater with a soft silk midi skirt and ankle boot, as in the last photo. Nothing feels more comfy and secure to me than a big sweater in a luxury yarn on a chilly day.
