I am obsessed with the jumpsuit in this image. It’s exactly the type of thing I was talking about yesterday in Summer Coverage. How chic is she? And what about those buttons up the side!!! This is exactly what I crave for right now. If I had my own collection I would make it immediately. For now I’ll continue to obsess over it and hope for a client who wants to produce it.
Today I’m going to try to tackle a touchy subject: how to look chic and stay cool without showing too much skin. Continue reading “Summer Coverage”
I do this all the time. Living in New York I do a lot of walking and I’ve learned over the years that doing the old switcheroo not only saves my feet and makes it a hell of a lot easier getting around town but it also saves my shoes which are quite an investment these days. Without much noise in 2014 Pablo Coppola took over the
reins at Bally for both the women and men’s collections. Continue reading “Eye On Bally”
When I’m outside I feel naked without my sunglasses. I credit my year- round use of them to the preservation of the delicate skin around the eyes, compared to more exposed neighboring areas. Continue reading “Statement Sunglasses”
Black and White is a great tool to have in your summer style arsenal. It’s easy and you probably already own a ton of both. Here are some inspiration photos for you, just one word of warning; I shy away from wearing black pants with a basic white shirt for fear of looking like a waiter for a catering service…not that’s there’s anything wrong with that. Summer, my absolute favorite season, officially begins this evening with the longest day of the year and a rare full moon during the summer solstice. Time to celebrate!
