One of my favorite new brands is For Restless Sleepers. I wrote about them last November and with this current blast of wintery weather I find myself dreaming of cocktails on a lanai overlooking the Caribbean Sea at sunset. To round out this dream I’m wearing the most beautiful tropical printed silk pajamas by FRS.
Francesca Ruffini, the founder and designer of FRS, (also her initials) has been devoted to loungewear since she was a child, who better than her to liberate pajamas from the boudoir. Her elegance and refined taste are evident in her exquisite home overlooking Lake Como where the FRS look books are photographed. She works closely with the world famous mills of the region to develop her intricately printed silks. It’s a business meant to be.
