With holiday parties about to kick off, it’s a good idea to have a strategy for adding a little holiday bling to your look with earrings and rings. Even if the gathering you’re going to is casual, why not give yourself a more festive air with big earrings and a fist full of chunky rings? Actually there’s no reason not to add dramatic earrings and rings to your mix any time of year. Here are my suggestions for holiday bling or anytime bling.
The west coast jewelry designer Annie Costello Brown had a great year. Her sculptural earrings were seen on runways and style stars alike. I love what she does; she has a distinct style and keeps expanding on it.
I still love a big baroque earring, put these babies on and you’re party ready.
If you really want to go for it add a turban as Marc Jacobs did on his fall runway.
Lately I’ve been wearing chunky rings in multiples. Any one of these with their simple yet bold shapes would be a great addition.
